Tips for Every Walk
Good walking is an art form, and the only way to become a better walker is to go out there and do it. But you can save a lot of time – not to mention a lot of pain – if you do your research first, so here's a collection of walking tips that I've picked up over the years. I hope you find them useful.
This list is far from exhaustive, and there are plenty of books on long-distance walking that go into much more detail.
